Position Highlights
As a Pathology Educator you will design and deliver interactive sessions in the pathology curriculum domain, author examination questions and be involved in the ongoing improvement of the pathology educational experience at the college.
The department seeks individuals who are able to work with diverse students, trainees and colleagues, and who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives.
 
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver instructional content to first and second year medical students in the area of pathology; includes clinical pathology correlations, independent learning modules and active learning sessions.
  • Serve as table instructor in the clinical anatomy laboratory.
  • Serve as facilitator in case-based instruction sessions.
  • Research and other scholarly work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching undergraduate medical students
  • Experience in serving as small group facilitator
